"Decent, but I’m not totally sure I loved it"
The site was easy to use overall, or at least I think it was. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and the checkout process felt a little clunky to me. Maybe I was just being impatient, but it didn’t feel as smooth as it could have been.

"Solid quality and a good fit"
I ordered a cover and a grill mat from recteq, and I’m happy with both. The email receipt came through right away, and everything showed up fitting just like it should. The cover feels sturdy, the mat doesn’t feel cheap at all, and overall it seems like solid quality for the money.

"Steady temps every time"
I’ve used it for a few cooks now and the temps stay really steady the whole time. Makes things way less stressful, especially on longer cooks. Definately been happy with it so far.

"Works okay, just don’t let the ash pile up"
The grease tray cleans up fine, no real issue there. Wipe it down and it’s done. The ash though… that’s where it gets annoying. If I stay on top of it, it’s not bad. But if I let it go too long, it gets messy fast. Kind of one of those things you learn after the first cleanup.

"Feels Like a Grill Built for People Who Actually Use It"
I’ve had my Recteq Grills for a few months now, it just feels like the kind of grill made for someone like me who actually enjoys cooking outside and wants gear that’s going to hold up. The parts are heavy, the temps stay steady, and everything I’ve made on it has turned out really good. It doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all. So far, I’m really happy with it

"Got the Parts I Needed, Just Took Some Patience"
I needed a couple of replacement parts for my grill, and recteq did have what I was looking for. From my experience, though, a few items were out of stock, and it took me a little longer than I expected to find everything on the site. Support was fine, but I personally wish they had been a bit quicker to respond. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I’d definitely like it more if parts were easier to find and keep in stock

"Packaging was solid, even if the box looked rough"
My recteq order showed up with the box looking a little beat up from shipping, which was mildly annoying, but thankfully they packed everything really well. All the parts were wrapped tight, nothing was loose, and I didn’t find any scratches. It was better protected than I expected, so I’ll give them credit for actually thinking through how it would hold up in transit. Overall, happy with it.

"Assembly Took Longer Than Expected"
Not gonna lie, getting my recteq put together took a bit longer than I expected. Most of the parts lined up just fine, but there were a couple steps in the instructions that definitely could’ve been clearer. It wasn’t terrible, just not as straightforward as I was hoping. A few more pictures or even a quick note on the trickier parts would’ve helped a lot. I’d give the assembly experience 3 stars...

"Showed up faster than expected"
Ordered from recteq and figured it might take a bit, but showed up way faster than I expected. Got the tracking soon after ordering, and it actually kept moving instead of just sitting there. Everything arrived in good shape too, which was a relief. No delays, no having to chase anyone down for updates. Easy ordering process and quick delivery, so happy with how it went.

The delivery was absolutely better than I expected. The box had a couple tiny scuffs, but everything inside was packed so well there was zero damage, not even close. The driver put it exactly where I asked, which I really appreciated. I’m genuinely happy with how it showed up.

It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t really complain there. I just expected a little more for the price. For what you get, it feels a bit on the expensive side.

"Solid, but not exactly what I expected"
The steel is definitely heavy and it fits really snug, so I’ll give it credit for that. It’s also been sitting outside for months and still looks solid. That said, I did feel a little misled by the description because I expected something slightly different when it showed up. It works fine, but I wish the listing had been clearer.

I got my Recteq Grills connected to the wifi quickly, and the app has been solid so far. I can check temps from the couch or even when I’m out running errands, which makes cooking feel way less like babysitting. no real issues yet. Hopefully it stays that way, because if the app started getting flaky or unreliable, I’d probably be looking for something else

"Warranty support came through"
I had a part go bad and reached out to warranty support, and they got it sorted out quickly. It took a couple of emails back and forth, but they were nice about it and ended up sending me what I needed. that’s kind of what you hope for with warranty stuff, right?

"Finally, Something That Just Works"
After dealing with so many products that need babysitting or end up being a hassle, it was nice to use this and not feel worn out by the whole process. The temps stayed steady the whole time, the ribs came out tender, and even the chicken skin turned out really nice. I’m tired of having to fight with stuff to get decent results, so I’m genuinely happy with this.

"Filled it once and it lasted all day"
I filled it up one time in the morning and it kept going while I cooked pretty much all day. Didnt have to mess with it or refill it, which was really nice.
